Terms of Service & Enrollment

These Terms govern your use of the NextGen Mentors website and your enrolment in our preschool and early learning programs at 4-122/174, Saibaba Nagar, Kismathpur, Ranga Reddy Dist., Hyderabad, Telangana – 500030, India. By enquiring or enrolling, you agree to these Terms.

1. Admissions and Batches

Enrollment in NextGen Mentors programs is confirmed upon payment of the applicable term tuition fee and completion of the student registration form. Batches are limited to a maximum of 6 children per educator to preserve learning quality.

2. Fees and Payments

Current fees and batch schedules are shared by our admissions desk on request. Fees must be paid by the due date communicated at enrolment. Any change to fees will be communicated in advance.

3. Attendance and Safety

Parents or authorised guardians are required to drop off and pick up children punctually according to the batch schedule. Any change to an authorised pickup person must be notified to us via WhatsApp before the session.

4. Health and Hygiene

For the well-being of all children, please do not send a child who has a fever, contagious rash, or other illness. Makeup sessions may be accommodated based on batch availability.

5. Conduct and Materials

Our program materials, worksheets, and lesson content are provided for the enrolled child's personal learning use and may not be resold or redistributed. We ask that all families treat our educators and other families with respect.

6. Liability

We take reasonable care to provide a safe learning environment. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected program. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Telangana, India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
